In 2014 we started our journey to re-capture the true essence of Canadian Whisky. Inspired by Canada’s rich 150 year heritage in Whisky production. Our inspiration is Signal Hill, a location rich in heritage, innovation and connection It overlooks  Newfoundland’s oldest harbour on the Eastern tip of Canada. In 1901, it was the location of the first trans-Atlantic morse code message.  In 1919, it was the landing point for the first flight carrying airmail.

We have created a unique whiskey, one of the smoothest and most full bodied. To be enjoyed straight or in cocktails:

ORIGINAL
Begins with initial sweetness on the tongue, transitioning into bittersweet cacao, subtle leather, and pipe tobacco. Raisins and dried plums offer richness to the middle. Cream sherry, rich tea tannins, molasses, and mild oak on the finish. A balanced, full-flavoured profile with a long lingering finish.

OVERPROOF
Notes of vanilla, caramel, toffee, and honey create a luscious sweetness. Baking spices like cinnamon and cloves intermingle with hints of citrus, particularly orange zest. Subtle oak undertones add depth. Taste: Surprising warmth from the alcohol, though less intense than expected from 56.3%. Offers a well-rounded mouthfeel with a touch of viscosity.
